I live in the valley on a part-time basis. I've only been to this clinic 3 times. 1st a fish hook through my thumb because of my catch and release philosophy and both I and the fish ended up on the same hook, that they calmly removed gave me proper shots. The fish survived. 2nd I am over 70 and we were building our own two story addition to our house and would cramp at night so I took lots of aspirin. I did this over a summer and was getting weaker. I kept thinking it was my age, drank more water and let it go and keep taking more aspirin. I could barely walk when I went to the clinic and after testing, they found our was bleeding with ulcers lost a lot if blood and probably saved my life. I was after in the hospital for 3 days with full recovery. They did a great job diagnosis the issue. 3rd now being treated for pneumonia which they found and treated. Three days later, today, they just phoned and checking up on me.. I have been to other clinics but I love this place. If you go there give them a big hug from me

The walk-in care they provided was great, but they claimed (after taking our insurance info at the time and saying nothing) that my spouse's visit was not covered by our insurance (only long after the appointment was completed) despite no claims at all showing up on our insurance portal. Eventually (after ignoring many phone calls and being extremely difficult to contact whilst repeatedly sending us bills and trying to tell my spouse that our insurance had expired when it very obviously had not), they rectified their input error, but at that point the deadline to put in the claim had lapsed--meaning our insurance is not liable for payment, but (very importantly) neither are we. Despite numerous phone calls, they continue to send us bills and remain very difficult to get in contact with. I can only hope that legal action will not be necessary.

My family appreciates the whole pediatric team at Saco River. The nurses are top notch! Dr Emery and Dr Laracy are both attentive providers and always take the time to answer all my questions and validate my concerns, while at the same time putting this momma's anxiety to rest. This practice truly cares about the health of their patients. Thanks for all you do!!!

New to area havent even seen new PCP or PA in my case. Needed one Med refilled but needed Docs authorization. Walk-in took me right in saw Doc check vitals ask a few questions and called in refill. Great experience overall. Had my intial vist since moving to the Lakes/White Mountains region. Both nurse and PA were great, very professional and thorough.
